Installation

Via installation script

Manual installation

Backup previous configuration:

mv ~/.config/awesome ~/.config/awesome.bak

Clone the repository:

git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/shelepuginivan/awesome.git ~/.config/awesome

After installation

  1. Adjust common variables in core/variables.lua.
  2. Configure apps in the autorun script.
  3. Customise the theme in theme/theme.lua (theme settings) and themes/theme.lua (icons, wallpapers, etc.).
