Hi,

This looks like a great project, thanks! - is it still being supported?

I downloaded the zip file, changed the config.php values (I'm on an XAMPP setup), however I am seeing the following error messages;

Notice: Undefined variable: host in C:\xampp\htdocs\helpdesk2\init.php on line 8

Notice: Undefined variable: port in C:\xampp\htdocs\helpdesk2\init.php on line 9

Notice: Undefined variable: username in C:\xampp\htdocs\helpdesk2\init.php on line 10

Notice: Undefined variable: password in C:\xampp\htdocs\helpdesk2\init.php on line 11

It also seems that the css styling is missing.

My config.php contains the following as my URL;

$website_url = "localhost/helpdesk2/";

How do install the database tables and data, is this supposed to be automatic?

there isn't any sql file to import as a demo databse, am I supposed to rip it out of the db.php file??

Wonderful ticket system, very clean interface.

For some reason, nothing happens when I submit a new ticket. Do you think I might be missing something? I use PHP 7 with latest MySQL.

Any help from you is much appreciated.

Just trying to setup your helpdesk 'php -S localhost:8000' and running into error
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'ticket' (T_STRING), expecting case (T_CASE) or default (T_DEFAULT) or '}' in /data/helpdesk-master/core/tickets.php on line 252

OS: Ubuntu 14.04
PHP: 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.13
MySQL: 5.5.46

where is the database is ?

How do i include the name of the databse because otherwise it cant connect to it
