Use an existing bibtex formatter or, if I still can't find a good one, write one in rust using https://github.com/charlesvdv/nom-bibtex.

If the number of entries becomes too large bibtex-js might get slow client-side, especially on mobile devices, so consider statically rendering the html file using Python. This might also allow for enhancements like "show by topic" and "show by author".
