Publish a stable version to NPM ๐ŸŽ‰

Hey, currently we've been using this dependency directly from github, but that's not enough stable for us.

Could you publish the latest changes to NPM?

That way we can ensure of having the same stable version every time. ๐Ÿบ

Attribute handling is inconsistent

As noticed here:

// this is OK
const model = new Model({
  camelCasedProperty: true,
});

// this is OK (sigh)
Model.query().where({
  camel_cased_property: true,
});

This leads to inconsistencies across different usages, is hard to remember in which cases use one style or another....

My suggestion is to normalize all attribute handling to be camelCased always, allowing both styles is wrong.

Also it should be easy to validate bad attribute definition if any key contains an underscore, etc.
