This is some great code but I'm not allowed to use it at work without a license. Would you be willing to license it under MIT, BSD, or Apache 2.0?

the injector is instantiated only once. This can leads to objects being shared between tests. Example:

private Fongo fongo;

@Provides
Fongo getFongo() {
    if (fongo == null)
        fongo = new Fongo(UUID.randomUUID().toString());
    return fongo;
}
