Currently the logo in the footline is inserted using \begin{tikzpicture}[remember picture, overlay].
However, this solution is not the best one possible since it takes three very long LaTeX runs until the logo is placed correctly.
Currently, the logo gets rendered on every single PDF page.
However, since it consists out of thousands lines of TikZ-Code, rendering takes up to one second.
Compilation would speed up significantly when the logo file is externalized. Currently, two approaches are possible:
Put the logo into a pdf/eps file and insert this file using \includegraphics
