I believe I have successfully saved a large complex file in openxml format.
Nothing happens when I open it in VS Code.
OPENXML EXPLORER is visible but totally empty.
Any tips on debugging this?

Each time I right-click an xlsx and choose Explore OpenXML Package, the extension complains with:

Package '... .xlsx' cannot be opened! Error:
'connect ECONNREFUSED 0.0.0.0:20489'

When you see a relationship such as rId1, you don't really know what it refers to. In the rels inside of the file there is an xml that lists them - it would be nice to see that.
