Error: SyntaxError: invalid syntax

I get SyntaxError: invalid syntax error when I run :
CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES=0 python train_model.py --data-config config/data/miRAW_train.json --model-config config/model/TargetNet.json --run-config config/run/run.json --output-path results/TargetNet_training/

Can I get a solution please?

machine is freezing when it is running the code for evaluation

After running the code for evaluation :
CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES=0 python evaluate_model.py --data-config config/data/miRAW_eval.json --model-config config/model/TargetNet.json --run-config config/run/run.json --checkpoint pretrained_models/TargetNet.pt --output-path results/TargetNet-evaluation/

only the first data file data/miRAW_Test0.txt is loading. when the second data is loading, about 40% of the second file, the machine is freezing...I have no idea why. please could anyone help and give me solutions?

Code Error

The code for Training a TargetNet model can be run successfully, but the code for Evaluating a TargetNet model always fails.
