Access Failure

Thank you for developing a useful tool. I noticed that I can no longer access it via the weblink. Would you be able to assist in fixing this access issue?

Create plot error in "Kaplan-Meier Results" tab.

When no factor variable is selected, the "Create plot" checkboxes under "Kaplan-Meier Results" tab do not properly works. Stops with following error and incorrect choices are given in the selectize input under "Create plot".

Error:$ operator is invalid for atomic vectors

Cox Regression and Kaplan-Meier Error

Kaplan-Meier and Cox Regression stop with a warning when using example dataset.

"Warning: Error in Surv: Start and stop are different lengths"
