The main heading of the dev site is larger in the mobile view

The Community Developers
of the dev site is larger in the mobile view (speciall upto 400
resolution) and its creating the site agly

The mobile view of the navbar doesn't look good also the fonts and the styling needs a few adjustments

Well currently after we click on the best practices section on the sef-dev page, It will directed us to contribution.md file. You can use it to read our best practices. But instead the GitHub we can use SEF Handbook's Development Best Practice section.
With that, we can expect more user-friendliness.
