How do I go about building this project? Is there a Makfile, or a list of compilation commands to execute? I don't want to install Visual Studio just for this project, but how else can I compile it?

Can you help me with a extension for rust.
So when I can use highlight syntax for it.

So I slightly increased the "Left pane reduced length" and the application crashed. 🤔 🤔 🤔 🤔 🤔

I think there should be some limits or at least the Exception should be caught...

Is there any hope to intergrate localhost:port into the browser if apache is running?

There doesn't seem to be a way to allow this app to run in an elevated manner, so launching as admin is not possible.

I'm currently trying to open pages that I created within the editor, and saved to my desktop, but it fails every time.

error:"UNAUTHORIZEDACCESS_IODenied_Path""Path_to_file"

There doesn't seem to be a way to authorize a path, or trust the source.
So far I have been opening in "notepads" copy & pasting into the editor. but the option to just load it would be preferable.

This happens even when the "News Notifications" setting is off.

Close the left panel automatically: on

[Now]
The left pane is x pixels wide, when you hover over it, it becomes y pixels wide. Both values can be set within the settings menu.

[Problem minor inconvenience]
Setting x to 0px makes you unable to hover over the panel, so you have to set x to 1px if you want to have the panel be easily accessible but barely visible. Maybe add a "hide left panel" mode that treats it as beeing 1px wide without showing it. The mode could be toggled with the show/hide panel button, which has no use in "Close automatically" mode anyway.

[Other problems]
if x > y, x-y pixels from the left of the screen will be white
Fix: Don't let the user set x to something > y, instead just make x = y when something wrong is entered

The panel doesn't close automatically when the mouse pointer leaves it on top/bottom (see picture). You then have to click to make the panel disappear
