Use this project as a template for your next Android Kotlin app.
I built this app to practice Kotlin and to try and emulate an iOS app for a company I applied to in February 2018.
- OkHttp web request for JSON
- Create custom objects using google-gson
- Use Picasso to load images from URL located inside JSON
- Use CircleImageView to make some images look nice
- List meals using a RecyclerView
- Send meal data to "Meal Detail Activity" using intents
Download the project and then open it using the latest version of Android Studio.

Download, unzip and open using Android Studio.
It should run if you press the run button in Android Studio after gradle finishes.
