We should update the site to indicate that the event is happening right now.

User story: The user should not get a 404 from the website due to a missing favicon.

What to do:

• We should provide a favicon for the website
• If it's missing we should include the link tag on the website so the favicon can be used

Acceptance Criteria:

• The favicon should be properly requested in the network tab (200 OK)
• The favicon can be seen in your browser tab

User Story:

• A user should be able to see documentation in the repo for best practices to contributing to the repo.

What to do:

• We should use the existing Hacktoberfest documentation: https://hacktoberfest.digitalocean.com/details and create a Contributing Guide

Acceptance Criteria:

• A user should be able to figure out how to open a PR and how to format their submission to the project

User Story:

• A user should be able to see documentation in the repo for best practices to adding Issues to the project

What to do:

• Outline a Step by Step guide to making standard issues to the project

Acceptance Criteria:

• A user should be able to figure out how to contribute to the project if he/she/they want to open an issue for HacktoberfestYEG

Once October 15th is pass, we should update the site in a nice way to close out the event.

Maybe start a: what's up next? and a what happened in the past section?
