Hi,
thanks for your work on that role - I'm using it quite a lot.

Unfortunately, it seems that it only can be executed once.

During the first run, I'm getting:

TASK [sean797.foreman_installer : Write /etc/foreman-installer/scenarios.d/katello-answers.yaml] ***
changed: [katello]

But if I run the role for a second time I'm getting the following error even if nothing has changed:

TASK [sean797.foreman_installer : Write /etc/foreman-installer/scenarios.d/katello-answers.yaml] ***
fatal: [katello]: FAILED! => {"changed": false, "msg": "AnsibleFilterError: |combine expects dictionaries, got AnsibleUndefined"}

Any hints how to fix this?

Environment is latest CentOS 7.x running in Vagrant/VirtualBox 6.x, leveraging Ansible 2.9.x from EPEL.

Just like we currently do for foreman_installer_encryption_key
