I use the plugin to paginate ajax search results. When I trigger the quickPagination a second time it does not clear the holder element, but instead appends the results there.

When not using holder, works as expected.

Currently there is no explicitly stated license for this library. Could you update it to state what its terms of use / licensing terms are?

I noticed that the non minified version has a different function name called quickPager where as the minified version has a function called quickPagination.

I like to use the original version as I do my own minification. I thought I should mention this as I spotted it so you can align the two versions.

Click events no longer work when using the holder parameter to put the pager to a special container.

    ..quickPagination({
        pageSize: "20",
        holder : ".pages"
    });

Could you provide all the options & methods that can be used. Also what the options stand for. Need to improve documentation around the utility.
