Doc Build Broken in Source Distribution about scikit-image HOT 5 CLOSED

Could you please be more explicit? Many of those files are auto-generated
only after a successful build and install.

There are several other failures/warnings - I'll create a pull request once
I'll get them sorted out.

For the record, I'm trying to build htmlhelp target on windows (via
modified makefile).

Similar experience here, too
As distributed archive did not include needed doc sources, I cloned git repository
However result is bad again - html produced is w/o table of contents, while htmlhelp file is w/o table of contents and w/o index. Discouraged I didn't try PDF as I expect the same

This is 3 month old issue, I assume referring 0.6 version
Someone has to look into
Like in the movies - "someone call the ambulance", while the actor never calls for whatever reason, and that someone is supposed to take the phone and make the call. Like really? :D

@debjan Don't be discouraged! The ambulance has been chasing around to several emergencies, but the doctors are keen to help out.

I'm about to build the 0.7 Debian package, and I'll try to make sure that the docs package includes everything needed for the build.
