I create a new virtual environment for Python 3.10.10 and copied the code from the tutorial in pygame_cards tutorial.

When I try to run the code, I get an exception on line 52:

attack_emoji = load_emoji("⚔️", emoji_size)

>>> FileNotFoundError: No file available for emoji ⚔️

Same thing happens with the following MWE:

from pygame_emojis import load_emoji

# Choose the size
size = (64, 64)

# Load the emoji as a pygame.Surface
surface = load_emoji('😍', size)

>>> FileNotFoundError: No file available for emoji 😍

By reading the documentation, I think I recollect that the first time you invoke load_emoji(...), a .svg file is downloaded locally. I suspect something goes wrong, and the .svg is never downloaded. Happy to help further debug the issue once I get back home to my home computer!
