When exiting ROS, sometimes the app still states that it is connected.

I need to figure out why this is happening and ideally fix it before the alpha release this weekend.

This needs to be tested to try and replicate.

When going full forward, Linear.X should be the only one with a value, but currently, there is angular velocity as well on the robot.

This is the highest priority right now.

I would like the extra button to be a shortcut to selecting a wifi network

Things to fix:

1. Keyboard should disappear when the sidebar is opened
2. The input method of IP and Port fields should be correct
3. "Next" key should be visible and working in the setting page

Requirements to complete:

1. Is able to connect and disconnect without issue
2. Posts relevant data to a ROS topic
3. Makes sure port is clean?

Using rospy.Timer and a callback function, disconnect the socket and starting looking for another connection.

For communication, we will need a solid TCP connection to the robot.

Robot should be able to:

1. Connect/Disconnect multiple times with phone
2. Send sufficient heartbeats to phone

Probably just use mjpg-streamer on robot and then simple-mjpeg-viewer on app.
