Fix weird connection issues with robot

When exiting ROS, sometimes the app still states that it is connected.

I need to figure out why this is happening and ideally fix it before the alpha release this weekend.

Fix virtual keyboard bugs

Things to fix:

  1. Keyboard should disappear when the sidebar is opened
  2. The input method of IP and Port fields should be correct
  3. "Next" key should be visible and working in the setting page

Create basic TCP robot receiver

Requirements to complete:

  1. Is able to connect and disconnect without issue
  2. Posts relevant data to a ROS topic
  3. Makes sure port is clean?
