Because of Specs2 we cannot compile against M5.
Scala.js has a bug when it comes to compiling against M4 - scala-js/scala-js#3445.
For now we can only release JVM version for M4.
@Singleton annotation
Create separate annotation for creating classes that should be "singletons" - having only one instance of Provider that will always return the same object.

If possible parse parents, find one matching one, and use its type to create parametric type of implementation.
