kibana-plugin-line-sg's Issues

Numeric values on X-axis are not coming properly

Hi,

I am facing issue in defining numeric values on X-axis.

By default, I am getting the values as "1970-01-01" on X-axis.

If I remove the default value (%Y-%m%d) from optional field "Format Axis X" I am getting some weird numeric values.

Please find below screen shot for your reference. Could you please help me?

kibana

Thanks,
Aseem

Add filters

Hi,

Very good plugin. But I regret that we were losing filter functionality that exist in native "Line chart" of Kibana.
It is possible to use filter with your plugin ?

I test to add directly the code, but when I open the graph I have error.

Thanks

Y grid line not displayed when no sufficient Y value

Hello,
I have a problem with displaying the Y grid line.

I use this grid line to display a "goal" to reach within a period of time (time on X axis).
What I would like for the goal line is to be always displayed, regardless of the data.
At the same time, if the data surpasses the goal line, I also want all the surpassing data displayed.

Currently I have the following issue:

  1. If I just set the grid line and input the data, if the data doesn't reach the goal, the Y axis is scaled by the data and will not show the grid line.

  2. If I set the Y.max to be higher than the goal grid (to ensure the grid line is displayed) and the data surpasses this Y.max, the surpassing data will not be displayed.

I believe in case 1) the Y axes should be, or have option to, be scaled to always include the grid line.

Not working for Kibana 5.3.2

I Like the way we can overrelay 2 charts but unfortunately it is not working with kibana 5.3.2 . After installation I cannot see this visualization in the visualization tab .

UI colors suitable for dark theme

Currently, UI colors are the same for blank theme and dark theme.
And for dark theme, some colors are not suitable : tooltip text color for label/value (light grey) and legend text color (black). That it's not very readable.

=> It would be great to make these colors suitable for dark theme.

Here's an example :

line-sg

Precision : I use Kibana 4.6.3 with last line-sg version for Kibana 4.x

Wrong time shown on chart

First bar shows 2016-09-30 but Elasticsearch results has 2016-10-01 as a first entry. Am I doing something wrong here?
