Encrypt message if security is enabled with RSA public keys.
Decrypt message if security is enabled / encrypted message received with RSA private key.

As a rich chat feature, file share / file transfer shall be implemented.
File transfer steps:

1. Add file to ifps host repo
2. Get that content based uri
3. Share that uri with correspondeur
4. Download that uri's resource

This tasks includes the following subtasks:

• UI Send: DnD + Button for send
• Add file to repo
• Add new message type for that file transfer
• Logic: Download file in repo
• UI: Add display / opening of files. Images directly rendered
