Listen alarm events form hikvision camera and take snapshot.

Build

Dagger ci:

go run ci/ci.go -s "path to HCNetSDKV6.1.9.48_build20230410_linux64" -r "registry url" -i "publish image" -u 'registry user' -p "registry password"

Telegram commands

/info - camera info.

/snap - take snapshot from camera.

/reboot - reboot camera.

/video - list saved video from camera with download command.

/mareas - show motion areas.

hikbot suggest

Great job.Hikbot can only be used for tier 1 defense. If tier 1 defense is occupied, then you need to use tier 2 defense. I suggest using the secondary protection functions NET_DVR_SetDVRMessageCallBack_V30 and NET_DVR_SetupAlarmChan_V41 instead of NET_DVR_SetDVRMessCallBack and NET_DVR_StartListen Better.
