olca-modules's Introduction

openLCA โ€“ modules

This project provides the core functionality of openLCA as a set of Maven modules. Since version version 1.4 the openLCA application is built on top of these components.

Installation

In order to install the modules, you need to have a JDK >=17 and Maven 3 installed. Download the repository (or get it via git), navigate to the root folder and type the following command in your console:

cd olca-modules
mvn install

This will build the modules from source and install them into your local Maven repository. If the build fails because of failing tests you can skip the tests via:

mvn install -DskipTests=true

olca-modules's Issues

Add Category.yaml

For some reason the category is treated as a string instead of an object, but is shared by many others.

To resolve this issue:

  • Add Category.yaml
  • Update the schemas to replace category: string by Ref[Category]

V1.11 Remove CPP and Java tests that don't pass

  • Worrying Test sparseLuInvert in CPP
  • Not worrying as we don't care about upgrading DBs, we just let GreenDelta do it and fetch the latest / or just the upgrade through the Desktop client.
