Documentation clarification

A couple of things I were looking for, which I had to go look at the code to figure out. Might make sense to put in the readme/docs:

  1. Point out that the lib does not deal with onload/domready. It's the responsibility of the app code.
  2. Point out that the functions are called immediately when matching, and in the same order as they are referenced in app code. (As opposed to libs that add functions to a registry and then dispatch them later)

Anyway, it works well for my purposes once I read the code. Cheers.
