Add more advance service worker intergration to make this app "Offline First", so user can access it offline once visited

Display current Years events if in year view or month events if in month view.

currently, there is some performance issue seen in year view while we try to switch between years a little lag is seen almost of 1000ms, every month component is taking around 50ms to render.

Make bhittepatro more responsive to mobile devices
