I tested it with Auth0. The attached patch works well, took your scripts and all together works perfectly well. I can keep using it till AWS finally pulls through linux support ;>

Your patch didn't work for me, not sure why exactly (maybe the buffer sizes were still too small as my SAML file is rather big).
