Hello devs,
The readme file states that after creating the app, you do this:

Setup
Execute the following commands to install dependencies and build create-commerce-app locally.
npm install

However, npm install is NOT what you should state here: I don't think this will do the trick!

Setup should contain instructions to navigate to the sfcc-sample-apps, and use the yarn install, yarn build and yarn start that appear there.

The readme currently states to run npx create-commerce-app, then to run npm install, however doing so does not install all the dependencies and running the app fails as a result. Can we please update the readme to reflect the instructions found in CCDC (running yarn/yarn build/yarn start)?

I just followed the following steps to get this sample app working:

1. npx create-commerce-app your-app-name
2. cd your-app-name
3. yarn install
4. yarn run start:dev

And it fails with following error:

storefront-lwc: }
storefront-lwc: [nodemon] app crashed - waiting for file changes before starting...

I'm running this on NodeJS v12.20.1
