Compiler should flag when using @api properties that share same name with @api set/get about lwc HOT 4 CLOSED

@byao This is a different issue than the duplicate @apis.

@midzelis This is expected, and there is no way around it. Mutating the classList during the construction of the component is invalid. We can't detect during compilation with 100% certainty that you manipulate the classList during the construction.

This has nothing to do with the classlist. not sure why I added that. I had a typo in the original comment. it should be this
