Fetching issues data needs a speed up.

Every issue could be fetched in parallel, its event may be as well

Allow user to decide on the:

• Date of issue fetched
• GH Action type considered
• User login

By default these params should be set so that user can see only issues he worked on today

Add CLI support for initial setup and help instructions.

• Adding the gh token (add link to instruction)
• Provide username, github org and/or repo
• Allow user to specify issues filtering restrictions
• Allow user to edit above data
• Add help instructions for CLI
