DocumentLookupCandidateGenerator

Feature request

Motivation

PromptLookupCandidateGenerator is awesome, but why do we limit the lookup to the prompt? in case of information or knowledge intensive tasks. We may use an external document, such as a wikipedia article or quote from Shakespeare to accelerate and adjust the output!
