CME in WireTracker about lead-wires HOT 4 OPEN

1. How frequently does this occur?
2. Any plugins that utilize LeadWires API?

It does happen for me sometimes too. But really not often. Maybe once in a Week. But always without any connection to other messages in the logs. Sometimes the server lagged a few minutes before or a player joined but not directly after or before anything that is logged happened.
And no Plugin utilizes the API.

More often (about every two days, sometimes multiple times a day) I also get this warning in the console: https://pastebin.com/3iJ65re6
It appears mostly a few minutes (occasionally seconds) after someone joined or left the server.
It's both nothing serious I guess but I would appreciate it if it would be fixed :)
