json-query's Issues

Property query does not match numbers

A query like **/*?width:1920 does not match any objects. If the properties are given as string (on the object), the query does return the correct result.

Feature proposal: `keep` (opposite of `remove`)

import { keep } from "@sagold/json-query";
const input = { object: { a: { id: 33, name: "a" }, b: { id: "id-b", name: "b" } } };

keep(input, "/object/*/id"); // { object: { a: { id: 33 }, b: { id: "id-b" } } };

I am also wondering whether this is achievable with the current API.

Feature request: queryGet.ASSOCIATIVE

Hi @sagold ๐Ÿ˜„

Maybe you also think it might be a good idea to have a shortcut for the following use case:

const result = {};
jsonQuery.run(this._data, pointer, (value, key, object, dataPointer) => {
    result[dataPointer] = value;
});
// result then is something like: { pointer1: data1, pointer2: data2, ... }

The shortcut would be:

const result = jsonQuery.get(this._data, pointer, jsonQuery.get.ASSOCIATIVE);

What do you think?

Ben
