certificate-generator-mlsa's Issues

Linux

When you're gonna release it for linux?

Send Emails directly from Dashboard

I noticed that after generating the certificates, users still have to manually send them via email from Excel. I think it would be more convenient if users could grant access to their MLSA email directly from the dashboard, allowing them to send the certificates with just one click. It's like hitting the send button, but even easier.

Implementation for linux users

We can achieve that by making a python script that will read the email of participant in email.xlsm file and will send them the mail and not with a macro in excel

Prefer use a virtual environment instead installing all the requirements in local

Using a virtual environment is a good practice in Python programming. I encourage you to update your readme.md file before the installation command of all requirements, write the command to create a virtual environment, also the venv activation command before installing any tools or library, and add it to the .gitignore file if it exists.

Blank Mail.xlsm while downloading certificates

The downoaded zip file contains a blank mail.xlsm file. Also the DOc and PDF folders are still empty.
Also, there was a code error due to which every time I clicked on Generate Certificate, it showed an alert stating "The CSV file must have 'Name' and 'Email' fields", even though the file already have 'Name' and 'Email' fields.

How to solve this issue faced while trying to automate the emails?

image

Despite having enabled all the macros, after clicking the run button, the above error pops up everytime.
Error message: Runtime error '429' ActiveX component can't create object.

I have also tried running a few commands on the command line to fix the issue, but nothing worked.
