Background

youki is an implementation of the OCI runtime spec in Rust, similar to runc. Reading its source code and implementing its functionalities by myself will give me a lot of benefits. For example, how containers work under the hood, what functionalities of Linux are used to realize containers, and so on. The first step of implementing rust runtime is adding a container-creating command.

This issue will be closed when the create command is added.
