No Tests at all!!!
Currently the code is straight forward, but when adding more it would be nice to have the defaults tested.
From findbugs: org.rjung.utils.launchpad.MidiCommand$Builder.setDataBytes(byte[]) may expose internal representation by storing an externally mutable object into MidiCommand$Builder.databytes
Hide `Receiver` implementation
To receive midi messages, the Launchpad class does implement a Receiver. Like this the method public void send(MidiMessage message, long timeStamp) is public available and should not.
Clojure library based on rynr/launchpad
Just a heads up, I've made a Clojure wrapper around this library.
This is just to let you know it exists, and to thank you for this wonderful library that made my life a lot easier.

Not registering the `CON1`-`8` Pads when pressed
The Pads 1-8 are not recognized when pressed.
Rewrite to use javax.sound.midi.*
With this change it would be fine to use it with windows as well.
MidiCommand.Builder is not building the StatusByte correctly
It's doing a bitwise and (&) instead of a bitwise or (^)
