Hi, great chrome addon!

opening search url doesnt work when "all agent links" is enabled.

Example https://{subdomain}.zendesk.com/agent/search/1?type=ticket&q=test

Above url would search for test in zendesk search. But when this addon is enabled it simply becomes: https://{subdomain}.zendesk.com/agent/search/null

Which is more or less a blank page. Would be extremely practical for this search url to work and open within the existing zendesk tab (open search tab inside zendesk)

This extension is a lifesaver. It improves the productivity of my entire team, and every agent in my organization is using it.

However, for the administrators of the domain, it's a bit of a pain whenever the admin tabs merge into the agent tabs. I frequently like to keep both open, and, often the agent workspace is merged into the admin tab, closing all tickets I had open in the agent space.

Perhaps it would be possible to exclude http://.zendesk.com/admin/ ?
Or only have the extension apply to http://.zendesk.com/agent/ ?

The new Admin site has no way to get back to the Agent tab. This causes the windows to merge, then not be able to go back to agent from admin.

I will also reach out to Zendesk as their url links first to https://.zendesk.com/agent/admin/triggers and then goes to
https://.zendesk.com/admin/objects-rules/rules/triggers

Is there an available extension for Microsoft Edge by any chance?

When you only have zendesk talk open, any ticket urls that are visited are consumed and not opened.

Link few Zendesk tickets to a Jira issue. Then in Jira click the linked Aendesk tickets. If this extension is off it opens up the list of tickets in Zendesk but if the extension is on the list opens up always empty.
