Get the logo into source control and generate the right cordova stuff to have the logo as the icon in android.

Show more details in the main table if we have a wide device

• move the firebase stuff into a collapsable panel, only show it if the user asks to store in the cloud
• don't show the QR code by default
• add some text describing the logging feature

Keep a list of people somewhere in settings, and then allow choosing the person during chore recording

Repro:

• change name in settings
• do a chore
• expected: chore history shows the current user's name
• actual: chore history shows "Ryan"

The chore details link on the list screen is too small, need a bigger hit target for small devices

If you scroll down on the main page and select a chore, the chore details page loads but is scrolled down. Reset the scroll offset when changing states.
