Add the option to copy the provided configuration in the biz tab to all components

Sometimes the async logging process causes subsequent log entries to not get logged. Once this happens nothing else is logged

Switching tabs and loading a config should set the ephemeral component value to match the component of the selected tab. Currently this is being set to av.biz all the time.

If an existing config value is empty, updating it to a value fails.

Example:

av.db.port=

Updating that to

av.db.port=1433

Fails because the "oldValue" argument is empty which is invalid

I need some unit tests so my code doesn't suck
