meshcentral-filedistribution's Issues

Create folders if necessary

Hello.
Right now, if the provided path doesn't exist, file will not be distributed.
It would be preferable if necessary directories would be created.

Error in device's plugin tab

Thank you for creating a nice plugin.
When I try to install and use it, I get the following error. How should I do to solve it?

Plugin Error

I am trying to install plugins for MeshCentral, but I keep getting the following error:

"Plugin Error: Error getting plugin config: connect ETIMEOUT 185.199.109.133:443"

That IP address resolves to github. I am behind a corporate proxy, but I do not have any problems regarding the proxy from the console of the server. For example, I am able to execute git clone commands without any issues.

If I enable the proxy in the MeshCentral config file, I get the following error:

"Plugin Error: Error getting plugin config: self signed certificate in certificate chain"

Has anyone seen this before? I am not sure what else I can try at this point. Maybe there is a method to manually install the plugins.

Thanks,
Brian

Not allowing file selection to distribute

First of all, thanks for the great plugins that you've contributed to Meshcentral.
I'm probably doing something wrong, but I can't figure it out. I'm trying to distribute files using the FileDistribution plugin that are uploaded to "My FIles". When I do click on the + sign to select my file, I get a window "Choose File to Distribute" with a Filter box and an "OK" and "Cancel" buttons. Even if I type the entire name of the File in the Filter WIndow (with or without wildcards), I get an "Oops!" dialog box saying "You didn't to select a server file to distribute." with an OK button. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Mass distribution

A very useful plugin. Thanks for what you are doing.
Maybe I couldn't figure it out, but I couldn't find how to distribute the file to a group of devices. I was able to do this only for certain devices. It is very inconvenient to configure, say, for 100 computers. Can I select either a group or bulk apply the settings?
