The idea would be to use most of the libraries already used by the image-optimizer project, but the goal of this project is different.

JPG (Lossy):

• MozJPEG (already fork of libjpeg-turbo) libcode
• Guetzli (yeah I know, maybe not in v1) code (dependency libpng)
• JpegOptim code

WebP (Lossless+Lossy):

• cwebp code

PNG (Lossless):

• Optipng code
• Pngquant2 appcode libcode

FLIF (Lossless):

• flif home
• flifcrush code (! python) (for an ulterior release)
• flif benchmarks

GIF (Lossy):

• Gifsicle code (not in v1)

SVG (Vectorial):

• SVGO is NodeJS-based code, so it may be impossible without bloating the whole thing

(to be completed later maybe)

For now the target GUI library is WPF.

First version will be in English only.

I'd like to have everything (before processing) in one medium-sized window.

The second part, for a following version, would be to output a HTML+JS recap page to allow users to see the various outputs and A/B test their quality.
