問題と解答の選択数不一致
silver_ja.md の Q39, Q43 が"2つ選択"となっていますが、
silver_answers_ja.md の A39, A43 では"1つ選択"となっていました。
また、英語版の Q39, A39 においても同様でした。

上記PRのマージで解決しそうです。
