Diagnose Intermittent Pinset Loss Between Restarts

Occasionally the pinset is lost between ipfs node restarts. At this point it's not clear if this is a deficiency within the plugin code, or some kind of miscommunication between Storj, and the plugin

ipfs pin ls works when node is offline

ipfs pin ls returns nothing when the node is online, but when the node is offline it returns the contents currently stored in the repository

Occasionally, following a restart node launch failure will occur due to the following error:

It appears this is due to a corruption within $IPFS_PATH/blocks or $IPFS_PATH/datastore
