httplib2 isn't bundled by default with Python. This probably should be replaced with one of internal libraries.

Format = .ini file.
This file should include all the common settings for the scripts, regardless of the language used in the scripts.

Architecture of current dl.py and 404.py is horrible: they use threads even though they aren't actually needed, the code is far too big and the scripts use constant values that should be passed via arguments. This needs to be changed.

Add script that encrypts/decrypts other files such that:

• Each line of encrypted text = line of input file
• Editing one line results in changing one line of text
• Indentation is reflected in encrypted text
• It is stored in plain text

Hey, @rr-. I'm trying to separate out the bspwm panel into its own repo to track my own changes, but before I do that I need to know what license the code is under. GPLv2, MIT, and BSD are all popular, and WTFPL is gaining popularity (and hilarity). Would you be able to choose a license and place a LICENSE file with the contents of that license into the root or mod-bswpm dir sometime soon?
