Point geom styling is code-based and not config based, need additional logic to represent in TOC, compared do lines and polys

Configurable, optional, mode for only one active layer at a time

Layers to be permanently shown on TOC, even if there are no elements in map

Zoom to predefined layer AOI, using "activationenv" config attribute

Smaller polygons can be delivered from server as lines, as they become too small for active visualization scale. Must check if these are properly handled.
