lantern's Issues

Cannot Open URL

When trying to add a URL by hitting Cmd+L or using the Open URL main menu item, nothing happens.

Console output:
Failed to connect (saveInFavorites) outlet from (Lantern.SiteSettingsViewController) to (NSButton): missing setter or instance variable

This is on macOS 10.14.6, with Lantern 1.1.0 (18) from the App Store.

Crawling limit

Hello,

Lantern is a very useful tool for developers, and it helped me to identify many errors.

It always worked perfectly, until recently: it crawls only about 150 pages now (compared to thousands before).

I wonder if it's a problem with my website, or if there a way to “reset” Lantern or empty its cache?

Thanks you in advance for your answer.

Regards.

UI improvement starting a crawl

Currently it is only possible to start a crawl with the enter key after typing the url.
I would suggest a "start crawl" button beside the url input field.

this button can change during crawling to a "stop" crawling button which is currently located under the url bar.

also I am not quite sure why there are 2 URL fields. maybe we could remove one?

The "start button" will also have the benefit we can restart the crawl… currently with the top url input, this is not possible.

It would simplify the UI a bit :)

abandoned? no shade

Casual inquiry if this project is abandoned?
Was going to purchase on app store, but would like to know if it's still being maintained.
