I'm a former Software Engineer turned Founder and a lifetime learner!

  • 📝 Currently working on growing Casa - which will be the leader in AI-first property search.
  • 🌱 Learning mostly through experience and networking largely in the AI/ML and startup space. I still have the same hobbies but 'founder life' makes everything a bit more muddled.
  • 🎯 2024 Goals: All Casa success metrics are reached.

Branding improvements

A favicon and overall branding/style improvements could be made inline with the Penpot designs.

Reduce response latency

Embeddings could be used to get chat responses under 10 seconds from Claude and thereby have a usable production build of the application.

"Similar Approved Permissions" page

The final page of the flow should be implemented and make use of the MongoDB collection applications to use as context for the API route prompt chain to get similar applications for our users.
