Make unit tests pass in an hhvm environment

Unit tests are not currently passing in hhvm. Would greatly appreciate if someone can fix this and send a pull request.

NEED TO UPDATE THE REQUIREMENTS SECTION OF README.MD WHEN THIS ISSUE IS FIXED.

Add a renderToFile method

renderToFile(string$file_path, $bool $append_to_file = true): int powered by file_put_contents.

It should throw an exception if file could not be written to i.e. file_put_contents(...) === false.
It should return the number of bytes written to the file when the operation is successful
