Can we have configurable call sign substitution ?

I.e in aprsnear-us-config.yml
callsign:"M0XER-6"
subcallsign:"B-46"

Then in aprsnear-us.py

   self.spacenearus_callsign = subcallsign

If you leave aprsnear-us.py running when no new data is available over midnight the date changes in gps_time (but time stays the same). The result is spacenear.us gets confused and the track gets messy.

A better solution would to not upload duplicated data at all , i.e only upload if the data from APRS.fi has changed. To fix this we've had to run the following on the database :

UPDATE positions SET gps_time = '2014-04-21 03:53:43' WHERE vehicle = 'B-46' AND gps_lat = 54.98953 AND gps_lon = -11.17572;

(GPS time was previously 2014-04-22 03:53:43)
