For files in UTF-8 with BOM format (very common on Windows), there will be a strange  string in the result after loading the content.
Do you think the work of removing it should be done in this library?

this new version - 0.1.2，added new logic code has problem

options.selfcontained = true;

when the loader's query is none，the options is null

so Webpack compile failed

When I use this in webpack, I got this error:

Module not found: Error: Cannot resolve module 'fs'
