Research projects with R is a workshop that aims to give the fundamentals of a research project with R, a proposal of file managment structure and the use of packages as dplyr, tidyr and ggplot2 to wrangle your data.

If you want to follow the examples showed in this workshop, make sure you have an updated R version. For this you can check on your R console typing this comand:

R.Version()$version.string

It's better if you have the 3.5.0 version.

Also you will need to install some packages. Try it with this command:

install.packages(c("nycflights13", "tidyr", "ggplot2", "dplyr")

This workshop was made base on some examples of the workshop dataductos-r from datalatam and also following the Hands on Programming with R and R for Data Science books. If you want to go deeper check those books.

You can use this repository freely and it can be used locally on your computer. In the option that it is in the left upper part that says "Clone or download" you can select the option Download ZIP. On your computer you just extract the files and ready! a copy of this repository you will have. If you want to clone it I already assume that you know how to use it ;)
